Broken-Heart-Syndrome.....I went down that road. It hurts like breaking your arm. I should know what that feels like. I broke both. It really doesn't tickle. I'll tell you the best way to recover from BHS: Do what you enjoy the most. If you distract yourself, you won't have to think about it.
